Just Italy offers home-made pasta, pizzas made with home-made dough obtained from a rigorous manufacturing process based on high quality Italian flour, simply spread by hand, topped with a home-made tomato sauce (simmered for at least 4 hours, flavoured with garlic and fresh basil), sprinkled with a wonderful Italian mozzarella.
The pizzas are cooked over a wood fire on a turntable for even cooking. Fresh vegetables with a good taste of the land. Homemade desserts made on the spot. A selection of wines from the region. Many thanks to our local producers.
