Purpose of the site

This website publishes, aggregates, references and distributes its listings of tourist accommodation, seasonal accommodation, tourist services, tourist information and links to partners, with the aim of letting its property to tourist customers and putting partners in contact with customers or customers in contact with partners. L'Hébergeur location saisonnière offers an Internet solution designed to facilitate the secure booking of products and services through the use of booking software and secure payment via Stripe or Paypal or by bank transfer. The holiday accommodation offers and all information about the accommodation (photos, detailed descriptions, geographical location & prices) come exclusively from L'Hébergeur. No text or audiovisual images may be used without the agreement of The Host. The holiday rental offer is published by means of a computer reservation software programme, with availability updated on a daily basis. Each reservation will be confirmed by The Hoster, and any errors in availability, linked to the computer system, or typing errors are not the responsibility of The Hoster. All the advertisements published are classified randomly on the site, with no display priority defined according to the partners.

Acceptance of the general conditions of use

Browsing the Site implies acceptance by all Internet users of these general terms and conditions of The Host. Simply connecting to the Site implies full and complete acceptance of these general conditions. These general terms and conditions are applicable to the relationship between the parties to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions, particularly those of the Customer. The Internet user acknowledges that he/she has read them fully and accepts them without restriction. Acceptance of these general conditions assumes that Internet users have the necessary legal capacity to do so, or failing this, that they have the authorisation of a guardian or curator if they are incapable, of their legal representative if they are minors, or that they hold a mandate if they are acting on behalf of a legal entity. 

The contractual terms and conditions of the respective partners for holiday rentals and services apply in addition to these.

 

Reservation

In order to make a reservation, the client must select rental nights and/or a product or service. The availability of products is indicated on the website. The Client must complete all fields on the booking form. Babies and young children are considered as individuals in their own right, unless otherwise indicated in the description of the offer or in the general terms and conditions of sale of The Hoster.

The customer undertakes to check immediately whether the booking confirmation he/she has received is correct and to report any errors by email to The Host as soon as possible.

 

The Client accepts the general terms and conditions of sale by validating the booking.

The L'Hébergeur reservation form is secured by an SSL certificate which ensures encryption of the data entered. Each reservation is accepted under the condition of receipt of :

  • The deposit for refundable fares with cancellation conditions.
  • Overall amount for non-refundable fares.

If the clieIf you choose to pay online, the secure online payment modules used are Stripe or Paypal or bank transfer. Stripe accepts payments by most credit cards, giropay, sofort, ideal, bancontact, sepa, apple pay and others.tres.

After validation of the form, the reservation is automatically transmitted to Villa Drossa, which manages the payments, the terms of payment, the deductions of the sums relating to the reservation, or the deposit and the sending of various documents relating to the stay.

 

Prices and payment terms

Any bank charges (national or foreign) are to be paid by the customer. The applicable prices are those displayed on the site on the day of the order. Prices may be modified at any time. The customer is informed that the prices displayed are only valid on the day and at the time of the order. The prices are indicated on the site in euros, all taxes included. The customer's bank card or bank account will only be debited once the reservation has been accepted by L'Hébergeur.

 

Right of withdrawal

The Client/Consumer is aware that, as an exception to the provisions previously set out in particular in Article 221-28 of the Consumer Code, Article L. 221-28 12° of the said Code provides that contracts for the "provision of services: accommodation, transport, catering, leisure activities which must be provided on a specific date or at a specific time" are excluded from the benefit of the right of withdrawal. Therefore, he acknowledges that he will not be able to avail himself of the above-mentioned withdrawal period.

 

Rescission / modification / cancellation of the reservation

The customer may terminate, modify or cancel the booking of their rental property in accordance with the rules defined in article 13 of the general terms and conditions of sale. The conditions for modifying and cancelling a reservation in force are those applied by The Hoster, and accepted by the customer, on the day of the reservation procedure. The date of receipt of the declaration of cancellation/amendment/change shall be deemed to be the date of receipt. It is recommended that the customer cancels in writing/e-mail. Depending on the time of cancellation and the contractual terms and conditions issued by The Host or the service partner, the customer may be required to pay a cancellation fee as set out in the general terms and conditions of sale.

 

Insurance

Identity papers, visas and health

Each customer is personally responsible for compliance with national and foreign regulations on entry and exit, health, identity documents or passports and visas.

The client is responsible for any damage caused during his stay (unless this is due to normal wear and tear or a defect in the equipment) and for certain risks linked to his presence (fire, water damage, etc.) for which he must be insured.

Processing of personal data
