The Marseille-based chef of the Édouard's bistroof la Relève and the Cocktail Bar Gaspard chose to set up his new restaurant in an old nursery in Saint-Remy-de-Provence, carefully decorated by his mother Annick Lestrohan, creator ofHonoré.
